USCIS Investigations Division Case Management System (IDCMS)
U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS)’s Office of Security and Integrity (OSI) developed the USCIS Investigations Division Case Management System (IDCMS), an electronic case management system, to manage information relating to investigations of alleged USCIS employee and contractor criminal or administrative violations. USCIS conducted this Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA) to assess the privacy risks associated with the collection, use, and dissemination of Personally Identifiable Information (PII) contained in IDCMS.
