Grantees provide close-out reports at the end of their respective grant periods. These reports provide an opportunity for recipients to describe their key outcomes, accomplishments, challenges, and lessons learned during implementation. Program staff write these reports. Additionally, each year a subset of Grant Programs are selected for external evaluation. Evaluations identify cross-cutting takeaways, recommendations for how DHS can strengthen the TVTP Grant Program, and twenty recommendations for how prevention practitioners can improve project design and implementation.
