The Coast Guard's Recruiting Command operates this system to support its recruiting mission. The system gathers and distributes recruiting leads, tracks recruit progression, prepares accession forms, processes reservations for enlisted and officer candidates, manages the mission plan, provides point-in-time projections, and reports on quality, quantity, and diversity statistics for the recruiting effort. This PIA is required because the system will collect and retain PII.
