    The Bomb Threat Guide provides awareness and guidance for decision makers in preparing for and reacting to a bomb threat. It assists with assessment of received bomb threats, providing response guidance to save lives and protect critical infrastructure. This guide is also dual sealed with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). To help prepare for and react to bomb threats law enforcement can share and discuss this guide with commercial organizations, educational institutions, businesses, SLTT governments, faith based communities, and other high-risk groups within their communities.
