The CIS Ombudsman has provided the following two-page poster summarizing the work of our office that can be downloaded, printed, and shared. The first page is a high-level overview of the CIS Ombudsman, an independent office in the Department of Homeland Security working to improve the immigration benefits process. The second page gives more detail on the CIS Ombudsman's case assistance, public engagement, and policy work.
