ISSI/CSSI Interoperability Test Requirements CAB, Revision 2 (June 2021)
This document replaces the previous ISSI/CSSI Interoperability Test Requirements CAB (October 2019) to add a new Appendix B. This CAB lists interoperability test cases for the P25 Console Subsystem Interface (CSSI) and the P25 Inter-RF Subsystem Interface (ISSI).

DHS Section 803 Reports to Congress
Section 803 of the Implementing Recommendations of the 9/11 Commission Act of 2002 requires the DHS Privacy Office to report quarterly on the following activities: number and types of privacy reviews of Department actions undertaken; type of advice provided and the response given to such advice; and number and nature of privacy complaints received by DHS for alleged violations, along with a summary of the disposition of such complaints.

P25 CAP Testing Documents
P25 CAP Compliance Assessment Bulletins (CABs) outline the policy, testing and reporting requirements for the P25 CAP. Newly published CABs (May 2019) take the place of previous CABs (October 2018). Note that equipment must be tested to 2017/2018/2019 CAI CAB requirements to be listed on the “Approved (Grant-Eligible) Equipment List.”

Appendices to the Environmental Assessment for the Proposed South Texas Family Residential Center, Dilley, Frio County, Texas
In accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) of 1969, the DHS procedures for implementing NEPA (DHS Directive 023-01, Environmental Planning Program), and the Council on Environmental Quality’s (CEQ) NEPA implementing regulations at 40 CFR Parts 1500-1508, DHS prepared a Programmatic Environmental Assessment (PEA) to evaluate the potential impacts to the human environment resulting from increased Departmental activities necessary to process, detain, and transport unaccompanied noncitizen children and family units who have crossed the southwest border of the United States. DHS and its Component, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, prepared a supplemental Environmental Assessment (SEA) to evaluate the potential environmental impacts of the proposed construction and operation of the South Texas Family Residential Center in Dilley, Texas to house family units that have crossed the border.
