P25 CAP Compliance Assessment Bulletins (CABs) outline the policy, testing and reporting requirements for the P25 CAP. Newly published CABs (October 2019) take the place of previous CABs (May 2019). Note that equipment must be tested to 2017/2018/2019 CAI CAB requirements to be listed on the “Approved (Grant-Eligible) Equipment List.”
