The Public Safety Communications (PSC) Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) Working Group (WG) set out to create an Executive Primer for Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) principles for the Public Safety Community (Community). This document provides the educational background of ICAM for all levels of any organization (Executive Leadership, Project Managers and Solution Architects).
