Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) Implementation Guide

Body

This document serves as a source of DHS S&T's Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) Implementation Guides resulting from the evaluation of publicly available documents and the implementation of ICAM-enabled systems in a sandbox.  The ICAM landscape is complex and there are many elements to consider. ICAM policies are important to have in enabling technology to share data within a wide variety of applications, including an organization’s existing legacy systems as well as emerging nationwide initiatives, such as the Nationwide Public Safety Broadband Network (NPSBN), Next Generation 911 services and the First Responder Network Authority (FirstNet).
