Ms. Benesh will be joined by special guest, Dr. Jenny Servo, the founder and president of Dawnbreaker, for a fireside chat on Phase 0 followed by a live Q&A. Launched in fall 2023, Phase 0 is a new initiative that collaborates with individuals and organizations committed to diversifying the science and engineering workforce to engage new innovators to participate in the DHS SBIR Program and learn how to access assistance. The program also develops resources that can be used by all potential offerors to learn more about the DHS mission needs and the SBIR submission process.
