Snapshot: New app provides responders fastest, safest path to scenes - QuickRoute uses GPS and routing data to provide turn-by-turn directions, and it features an alerting mechanism to warn responders of hazards along the route, such as a flooded road, an accident, or downed power lines. Snapshot: Respiration Protection Field Assistant - First responders need a lighter, more comfortable SCBAs system that didn't require their tanks to refilled as frequently. S&T funded the development of a stackable, modular-filter system that removes tiny particles in the air. (May 28, 2019)
