SAVER Project: Automatic Vehicle Locating (AVL) Systems

Automatic vehicle locating (AVL) systems can report vehicle information, such as location, speed, and stops to investigators by obtaining information from GPS satellites.  AVL systems allow law enforcement personnel to discreetly track and monitor vehicles.
