Evaluation of Disinfectant Efficacy Against SARS-CoV-2

In order to reduce and control the spread of COVID-19, effective disinfectants are critical. The Probabilistic Analysis of National Threats, Hazards and Risks (PANTHR) program is executing laboratory studies to evaluate a panel of disinfectants for use against SARS-CoV-2. The summary report titled, “Evaluation of Disinfectant Efficacy Against SARS-CoV-2” provides an overview of emerging results with regard to disinfectants for SARS-CoV-2. The report specifies which disinfectants are being tested against SARS-CoV-2, the experimental methodology, as well as initial conclusions based on the emerging results. This document will continue to be updated as results are generated.
