P25 CAP Compliance Testing Rules

Federal grant funding guidance states that grantees using federal funds to purchase P25 equipment shall obtain evidence that the equipment was tested in a manner consistent with P25 CAP. The evidence should show the equipment tested was based on all of the applicable, published P25 CAP Compliance Assessment Bulletins (CABs) covering performance, conformance and interoperability. This CAB provides rules for the application of the multiple P25 CAP Testing Requirements CABs.
