November 22, 2011— The U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) Science and Technology Directorate (S&T) Commercialization Office today released the newest Commercial Applications Requirements Document (CARD) that articulates the specific requirements for a stand-alone, mobile potable water treatment system to be used during disaster response efforts.
