The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) developed the Blue Campaign, a national public awareness effort designed to educate the public, law enforcement, and industry partners on how to recognize the indicators of human trafficking and how to appropriately response to possible cases. This fact sheet outlines how the DHS Science and Technology Directorate (S&T) evaluates the impact and effectiveness of Blue Campaign training materials across a diverse set of cohorts.
